The rooms are $169 per night (Thu-Sun). When making reservations, be sure to tell them you are with the Ranchero Enthusiasts. To guarantee this rate, you must book by August 12th, 2026. A hot breakfast buffet is included. Check-in is available at 3:00pm, and the cruise starts at 4:30pm, so please plan your arrival accordingly. There is some parking for those with pick-ups and a trailer.

You’ll see we are flipping our casual / banquet nights
Friday afternoon, Sept. 11th, at 4:30pm we’ll depart the host hotel and will have our evening cruise through Wenatchee, with a stop at a local garage, the British Car Ranch, which features British vehicles (2512 Number 2 Canyon Road, Wenatchee, WA). From there, we’ll continue to our banquet dinner starting around 7:00pm at the Rock Island Golf Course (314 Saunders Ave, Rock Island, WA 98850). The featured dinner is Prime Rib for $32 (tax & tip included); must pre-pay on Registration page). Bar available for a separate cost. For the non-meat-eaters, you can order off the menu and pay that evening (please make a note on the registration form if you are doing this).
Saturday morning, Sept 12th, the Round-up will be held 10am – 3pm in the air-conditioned Event Center at the Chelan County Fairgrounds (5700 Wescott Drive, Cashmere, WA 98815). The entrance for “Rancheros” will be on Kimber Road (just off of Wescott Drive). Each vehicle registered will receive 2 tickets to the Fair, where lunch options abound!! Our raffle will be held at approximately 1:30pm. No group photo at the Fairgrounds – keep reading! Around 3:00pm, we will depart f rom the Fairgrounds and drive directly to the Hot Rod Café (2960 Easy Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801) – not back to the hotel. This is where we will take our 32nd Anniversary Photo! We plan to set up for the photo as we arrive; you might be “parked temporarily” while we line up all the vehicles. We will Also have our casual dinner here – your choice, off the menu.
Sunday morning, Sept. 13th, kicks off with our annual Ranchero International Board meeting (all welcome!) at 8:30am in the Conference Room at the host hotel (be sure to get your complimentary breakfast). New this year!!! . . . The specific activity following the Board meeting will be decided on Friday evening at the banquet dinner!
